  • I've paid for my repair online, where do I send my phone/tablet/other device now?

    Please send the phone, tablet, or other device with the battery and repair form (Click Here for Repair Form) so that we can test it completely. Do not send charger or any other accessories. You can use any shipping company you prefer to ship the broken phone or tablet to us... we suggest you get a tracking number.

    Clean Planet Repair LLC is not responsible for any item that is lost during shipping.

  • Do I need to send anything with my phone?

  • How much will my repair cost?

    The best way to receive a phone repair quote from Clean Planet Repair is via email. Please send an email to repairs@cleanplanetrepair.com with the following information: Phone make and model? When did the phone break? Email Address Phone Number (Optional) Short Description of the problem Preferred method of contact – phone or email Otherwise you may call 1-877-404-0445 and ask for the cell phone repair department. Please have the information requested above on hand when you call for your quote.

  • What is the shipping cost associated with my repair?

    Once your phone has been received and the work has been completed, Clean Planet offers our repair customers three UPS shipping options; UPS Ground $10, UPS 2 Day Air $25, UPS Overnight, $50.

  • How long will the repair take?

    The length of repair time is determined based on the problem with your phone. The majority of our phones repairs are completed the same day they are received. Certain repairs require us to order parts, this will add to the length of the repair. A technician will call you with a quote and estimated repair time the day your phone is received. No work will be done on your phone unless we have your authorization.

  • How do I pay for my repair?

  • Does my repair come with a warranty?

    All non-liquid damaged phones are covered with a 30 day warranty. The customer must fill out a warranty repair form to send back with their phone. The customer must also include a copy of their repair receipt. Work done under warranty repairs are free of charge.

  • If I send in my phone for repair, can you provide a loaner phone?

    Yes, just call us for more details. Note: If you are an ATT customer, you can use an old ATT/Cingular phone by simply inserting your sim card.

  • Can you fix water damage?

    Yes, but the sooner we get your phone, the better. Do NOT attempt to charge it, just send it to us right away.
